Public map inclusion policy: a vessel should only appear when it is Australia-bound, destination certainty is confirmed, cargo is confirmed fuel or strongly verified fuel-related, and ETA or status is sufficiently current. Until live AIS or location data is integrated, this page remains a conservative demonstration layer.
